Technopolis Chooses Rillion for Accounts Payable Automation

Technopolis, a provider of managed workspaces across seven countries, faced a major finance-platform migration from Microsoft AX to Dynamics 365 and needed a unified solution for invoice, contract and document management. To automate accounts payable and handle vendor invoices across its operations, Technopolis selected Rillion’s accounts payable/invoice processing solution.

Rillion delivered the invoice, contract and document management platform remotely in spring 2020, on schedule despite COVID-19, and provided hands‑on consulting support during rollout. The Rillion solution streamlined approval workflows, integrates with ERPs and financial systems, and will be rolled out across all offices to automate the processing of some 49,000 invoices per year — meeting Technopolis’s expectations and centralizing vendor invoice handling.
