Tacala Chooses Rillion AP Automation to Help Manage 300+ Franchise Locations

Tacala LLC, the largest Taco Bell franchise operator in the US with more than 300 locations and roughly 60,000 invoices a year, needed to streamline accounts payable, manage recurring utility bills across multi-site operations, handle HR documents, and provide an audit trail while integrating with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Rillion implemented outsourced invoice capture (≈98% accuracy), a contract module that matches recurring service invoices across 300+ locations, automated approval workflows for non-PO invoices, and a searchable archive tied into Dynamics GP. The Rillion solution reduced Tacala LLC’s manual workload, optimized AP operations, improved reconciliation and auditing, and enabled 70 users to efficiently manage high-volume, multi-entity invoicing.
