SPORTMASTER automates its purchase to pay process with Palette

Sportmaster, Denmark’s leading sports retail chain with around 100 stores, needed to replace an outdated ERP and implement a purchase-to-pay solution that would seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Dynamics AX and streamline invoicing and purchasing. Rillion was engaged to deliver a modular P2P implementation, deploying PaletteArena with PaletteInvoice (incoming e‑invoices), PaletteOrdermatching, PaletteContract and PaletteMobile in phased rollouts aligned to the ERP go‑live.

Rillion developed a bespoke Dynamics AX integration and rolled out the modules so Sportmaster could manage about 60,000 invoices per year through a single platform; PaletteOrdermatching enabled nearly fully automated PO-to-invoice matching with minimal human input, PaletteContract automated recurring invoices, and PaletteMobile let store managers process orders and invoices on the shop floor. The Rillion implementation streamlined workflows, reduced manual intervention, sped up onboarding with strong support, and delivered measurable efficiency gains in invoice processing.
