With Rillion, SA Bygg streamlined invoice handling by combining all invoices tied to a project into one PDF, making approvals and supporting documentation easier to manage. Rillion also provided fast free-text search, easy setup of users and permissions, strong post-control for items like reverse charge VAT, and folders for tracking invoices needing action. The result was a smooth workflow with virtually no questions from users and full control over a high-volume invoice process.
