Mattssons, a real estate management firm that manages commercial and private rental properties and builds properties, needed a more efficient way to handle a growing volume of invoices across 36 companies. Its accounts department was spending too much time on manual paper-based processing, especially as the company expanded and launched new projects.

Rillion was implemented to streamline invoice handling with digital processing and a clearer overview in the system. According to Mattssons, Rillion eliminated daily paper handling, made it easier for consultants and staff to work consistently, and saved significant time on invoice processing—enough that it could have reduced the need for one staff member. Mattssons also plans to expand use of Rillion’s approval function and automatic coding.
