Lindström chooses Rillion for invoice management and purchasing internationally

Lindström Group, a leading European textile service company, needed to standardise and scale its accounts payable processes across multiple countries while improving reporting and control. To meet this challenge it selected Rillion’s PaletteOnline invoice management solution (with plans to extend the Palette purchasing module) to provide a modern, roll‑outable system that supports its global growth.

Rillion implemented PaletteOnline in 13 countries, with further rollouts planned for Germany, Croatia and Poland and the purchasing module to at least six more countries beyond Finland. The Rillion solution delivered a unified way of working, real‑time reporting for easy cross‑country KPI comparison, and streamlined purchase‑to‑pay processes—improving process control, scalability and cost effectiveness across the Group.
