Kew Electrical is an independent electrical wholesaler with 24 branches, around 300 employees and roughly £70m turnover. Faced with manually processing about 96,000 supplier invoices a year—requiring time-consuming matching of invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders—the accounts payable team was overwhelmed and month-end closes were delayed. Rillion was engaged to address this challenge with a Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) automation solution.

Rillion implemented an integrated, end-to-end digital P2P platform that automatically captures incoming invoices and matches them to delivery notes and purchase orders, routing them into clear processing workflows. The automation delivered an 80% improvement in accounts payable capacity and efficiency and provides the scalability to handle around 10% year-on-year growth in invoicing, speeding month-end close and improving procedural clarity.
