JCDecaux Finland automates the purchase to pay process with Rillion

JCDecaux Finland Oy, the Finnish arm of the global JCDecaux group, needed a more scalable, flexible purchase-to-pay solution to replace a rigid, outdated system while processing about 10,000 invoices per year. They selected Rillion and implemented Rillion’s Palette purchase-to-pay suite (PaletteArena/OnlineArena), including PaletteInvoice, PaletteBuyer, PaletteContract, PalettePO‑Matching, PaletteMobile and PaletteDashboard, integrated with their SAP ERP.

Rillion automated invoice processing, PO and contract matching, mobile approvals and real-time purchase visibility, allowing consolidated invoices to be split to multiple cost centers and recurring invoices to be handled automatically. The smooth deployment saved significant working hours and costs, eliminated separate handling of recurring invoices, improved processing speed and control, and enabled JCDecaux to start the next fiscal year with a more efficient purchase-to-pay operation.
