WeCare tlc, a healthcare medical management firm operating on-site and near-site primary care clinics across 10 U.S. states, was processing about 600 supplier invoices each month. As the company moved to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, it needed a better way to handle invoice capture, coding, approvals, and processing across its two organizations and many approvers.

Rillion provided AP automation for invoice capture, approval, and invoice processing. Invoices are scanned and entered into a central dashboard, where finance staff can verify data, code invoices, and send them through automated approval workflows on any device before they are transferred to Business Central for payment. WeCare tlc reported faster access to invoice PDFs, a highly useful search function, and easier integration with Business Central, helping save time and streamline AP operations.
