Hartela automates the purchase-to-pay process with Rillion

Hartela, a Finnish family-run construction company with about 600 employees and project-based sites, needed to digitize and standardize its purchase-to-pay and accounts payable processes across multiple building projects. In 2019 Hartela selected Rillion and its Palette purchase-to-pay automation solution to provide mobile approvals, real-time site monitoring and centralized workflows to support its Digital Service Center.

Rillion implemented Palette smoothly with the help of its consultants and Hartela’s experienced accounts payable team, delivering an easy-to-use system that increased transparency across business processes. The automation reduced on-site invoice handling and manual AP work, freed up resources in the Financial Service Center, and provided scalable reporting and monitoring to grow with Hartela’s needs.
