Case Study: Grant Thornton achieves paperless, secure invoice processing and significant time and cost savings with Rillion

A Rillion Case Study

Preview of the Grant Thornton Case Study

Grant Thornton Sweden is one of the leading financial and business advisers, providing services in Sweden and internationally for over 900 customers

Grant Thornton Sweden, a leading financial and business adviser serving more than 900 customers, was processing roughly 800,000 invoices per year and needed to improve accounts-payable efficiency and its internal invoice management. To deliver a hosted, white‑label service to clients and streamline its own operations, Grant Thornton selected Rillion to provide a cloud-based electronic invoice management (EIM) / AP automation solution.

Rillion implemented a web-based, paper‑light EIM platform that automates invoice workflows, enables secure online authorization and electronic archiving, and integrates with customers’ ERPs (with scanning handled by partner Scancloud). The Rillion solution reduced manual processing, delivered faster, secure access to invoice workflows and reporting, and scaled to support Grant Thornton’s volume—helping manage ~800,000 invoices annually for 900+ customers while saving time and cost.
