Barona Group, a Finnish multi‑industry employer operating across nine countries, faced rapid growth across 64 legal entities and an outdated invoice automation solution. The Rillion implementation cut average invoice circulation time from 16 to 4 days, enabled real‑time reporting and personal workload monitoring, and is projected to deliver savings of hundreds of thousands over five years while providing clear, transparent financial processes.
