Luxury Presence, an AI-powered marketing platform for real estate, faced significant scaling challenges as its finance team struggled with three disconnected systems (CRM, billing, and ERP). Manual reconciliation was a full-time effort due to data inconsistencies, causing a delayed month-end close and preventing budget owners from receiving timely reports. The vendor Rillet provided an ERP solution to address these architectural issues.

Rillet implemented an ERP system where data flows cleanly across all platforms, eliminating manual reconciliation. This allowed Luxury Presence to provide budget owners with reports by day five of the month. The solution also moved hundreds of monthly accruals out of Excel and into Rillet's UI. As a result, staff accountants could focus on broader financial work and the controller gained the strategic capacity to focus on scaling the business past $100M ARR.
