National Guard Health Affairs (NGHA), the Saudi Arabia Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs, needed a better way to accurately identify patients across a large healthcare network. With more than 30,000 patients served daily at 500+ locations, NGHA faced patient misidentification, ID fraud, and duplicate medical records that put patient safety at risk.
