Martin Health Systems, a 434-bed healthcare network in Stuart, Florida, needed a more accurate and hygienic way to identify patients across its emergency and admissions departments. The hospital wanted to reduce duplicate medical records, overlays, fraud, and identity theft while keeping patient data clean for future HIE participation.
