Mencap, a UK charity supporting people with learning disabilities, needed a better way to manage artwork and keep marketing materials on brand. Different departments were requesting design work, using multiple systems, and often creating off-brand content, which was putting pressure on the marketing team and increasing costs. Mencap used RightMarket to make its brand accessible across the organisation.

RightMarket provided a library of approved templates for items like posters, newsletters, postcards and leaflets, with copy-fit rules and pre-approved imagery to help users create consistent, on-brand designs. The result was 1,403 designs created, 157 users across 9 departments and 8 locations, with savings of 3,808 hours and £83,776 in designer costs in one year. RightMarket helped Mencap improve marketing efficiency, reduce demand on the marketing team and protect its brand.
