Blood Cancer UK faced a difficult rebrand during the COVID-19 pandemic, with memories of a previous rebrand that had left staff and volunteers feeling excluded and brand execution inconsistent. The charity needed a way to involve people in the process while making the new brand easy to use and consistent across everything from posters to social media, so it worked with RightMarket and its Online Design Centre.
RightMarket transformed Blood Cancer UK’s designs into responsive, easy-to-use templates that staff and volunteers could access instantly without training or design support. The result was a well-received launch, stronger engagement and buy-in from users, and a more efficient creative team that could focus on strategic work instead of repetitive design tasks; Blood Cancer UK was also shortlisted for Charity Times’ Change Project of the Year.
