iTaxi, the Polish taxi app with the largest market share, wanted to expand city by city and reach a wider group of potential clients, starting in Warsaw. To support this effort, iTaxi partnered with RightHello on a targeted cold email campaign aimed at assistants, operational directors, and managers across various industries.

RightHello worked closely with iTaxi over a three-month campaign, using detailed analysis and precise targeting to shape the outreach strategy. The results were strong: a 61.5% open rate, 36.51% response rate, 13.31% positive response rate, and 2.77% conversion into signed contracts, which led iTaxi to extend the deal for another 12 months.
