A Riege Software Case Study
Wolffgramm Verzollungen, a specialist customs clearance provider with 19 branches and about 100 experts along the German–Swiss border, faced an outdated product and slow support while needing to process up to 20,000 customs declarations per month more quickly, securely and with greater automation. To address these challenges they selected Riege Software and its Scope customs solution to replace their legacy systems and provide reliable, responsive support.
Riege Software implemented Scope as a black‑box customs interface (initially with the German ATLAS modules), supported by the new Riege Helpdesk and targeted development work that accelerated go‑live in March 2018. The result was full automation of plausibility checks, automatic submission to Customs and ERP integration, faster problem resolution and lower‑than‑expected implementation costs; Wolffgramm now processes high monthly volumes more rapidly and activated compliance checks in July 2018.
