Simply Orange counts on Scope serving a growing Mexican market

Simply Orange, a Querétaro-based forwarding company, faced rapid growth in the Mexican market and needed better traceability, monitoring and workflow automation to support heavier volumes and a local focus on rates. To meet this digitalization challenge they selected Riege Software’s Scope platform and partnered with Riege Software to adapt the system to Mexico-specific requirements.

Riege Software implemented Scope with local support, Scope Connect tracking and integrations (INTTRA, Ocean Insights, CONTPAQi and CFDI e‑invoicing), plus automated pre-alerts, document uploads and a job costing module. Going live in 2015 with 13 users, Simply Orange now processes B/Ls and invoicing directly from Scope, automates release notes, confirms rates with one click, reduced errors and workload, and gained faster financial and operational control (CONTPAQi integrated June 2017; job costing live June 1, 2017).
