IAA Airfreight, an independent forwarding specialist based at Schiphol, faced an outdated operational system that couldn’t support e‑commerce, required manual rekeying of sales and purchase invoices into Exact Globe, and made Customs processing inefficient. To address these challenges, IAA engaged Riege Software to provide a modern, integrated solution.

Riege Software implemented its Scope platform (Air Freight, Sea Freight and Customs modules) with a custom e‑commerce module and a seamless Exact Globe interface; Scope now imports shipment spreadsheets (e.g. from China), creates AGS import declarations from CSVs using Customs templates, and interfaces debtors, creditors and invoices 100% accurately. The result was elimination of double data entry, major time savings, smoother customs submissions, and rollout of Scope across IAA’s entities and branches—turning prior frustration into measurable operational efficiency and happier staff and customers.
