FOX Global pulls out all the stops with Scope for an outstanding performance

FOX Global Logistics, a Rotterdam‑headquartered freight forwarder with five global offices, needed a modern transport management system to support its ambition to compete with leading international logistics players. In 2016 the company engaged Riege Software and implemented Scope, selecting the Air Freight, Sea Freight and Customs modules to close gaps in visibility, customs handling and international operational control.

Riege Software delivered Scope along with the Connect web portal and integrated Order Management features, enabling FOX Global to track shipments, monitor milestones and give customers live access to documents and purchase‑order status. Scope’s Forwarding and Customs functionality — including AGS import declaration import, data validation, smart article enrichment and automated auto‑send to Customs — automated high‑volume e‑commerce declarations and improved end‑to‑end visibility, allowing FOX Global to scale operations and perform more effectively on the international stage.
