Fast Forward Freight, a niche international freight forwarder founded in 1995 and headquartered in the Netherlands, needed a modern, fully supported freight forwarding system to keep pace with growth, support its AOG (Aircraft on Ground) business and connect multi‑country operations. After its previous software vendor stopped development, Fast Forward Freight selected Riege Software and its product Scope to provide the comprehensive functionality and partner collaboration it required.

Riege Software implemented Scope across Fast Forward Freight’s operations (Germany, Belgium, Amsterdam and Rotterdam), serving more than 130 Scope users in three countries and integrating with Exact accounting to enable customer‑level debt management and automated reminders. Riege Software also developed a bespoke AOG module, is linking X‑ray scans to Scope for faster customs screening, and is building an advanced Track & Trace—delivering streamlined digital workflows, stronger cross‑border visibility and tangible operational control to support FFF’s growth.
