Singapore Changi Airport needed a better way to move employees to and from work across a large, spread-out service area, with 10+ shift start and end times and no practical fixed-route transit option for overnight or off-peak hours. The airport partnered with RideCo to address long commute times and unreliable connectivity for more than 400 employees living up to 20 miles away from the airport.

RideCo, working with partner Grab, implemented a fully automated, dynamic-route, on-demand commuter van service using 20 three-seat sedans and 8 pickup/drop-off hubs across a 270-square-mile zone. The service delivered a 98% search-to-book conversion rate, 95% on-time performance, 190–550 rides per night, a 4.4 average trip rating, and 77% shared rides, while also improving employee satisfaction and reducing labor-intensive, error-prone manual dispatching.
