City of Leavenworth launches RideLV with RideCo and achieves 64% average shared rides

The City of Leavenworth faced a critical need to improve community mobility, particularly for residents with limited income, disabilities, and seniors. The city partnered with vendor RideCo to implement an on-demand transit solution, which was launched through the IRIS Passenger App.

RideCo's dynamic platform provided a right-sized on-demand transit service named RideLV. The solution delivered strong results, including an average of 3.1 passengers per vehicle hour, a 64% average shared ride rate, and a high average trip rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars. This provided a foundation for the city to build a more robust and integrated transit network for future growth.
