Via provided the technology behind TopBus+, including an operations platform for dispatching and routing, plus driver and rider apps for scheduling, navigation, booking, and ride tracking. The program helped TopBus+ increase rides completed by 250% between December 2019 and March 2022, boost fare-generated income by 35% from April to August 2022, and expand its fleet from 20 to 34 vehicles to meet demand.
