Ricoh International implemented Print&Share to automate printing, emailing, and archiving with a single click through configurable virtual printer profiles. The solution uploaded digital copies directly to Coffral’s document management system, routed invoices to the right printer, and even archived more than 20,000 historical documents. As a result, Coffral saved an estimated 5,000 man hours per year, reduced errors, improved access to records, and strengthened business efficiency.
