A Ricoh International Case Study

Preview of the Air France Case Study

Air France - Customer Case Study

Air France, a global airline operating in 81 countries, needed to replace a fragmented mix of locally purchased printers and photocopiers with a more consistent, cost-effective print environment. Ricoh International won the global supply contract and was chosen for its broad product range, international service capability, and environmental commitment, supporting Air France with document imaging solutions and multifunction printers.

Ricoh International implemented a centrally managed, fully serviced print solution with pre-approved multifunction devices, installation, training, remote monitoring, and transparent click pricing. The result was lower global print and reprographics spending, simpler procurement, less duplication, better uptime, improved security, and reduced waste and energy use, while enabling Air France to reclaim space by retiring legacy printers.
