The white-labeled UCaaS platform let Pioneer quickly bring new UC service and SIP trunk packages to market, and the offering surpassed initial sales expectations. Ribbon also supported Pioneer with technical guidance and go-to-market help, enabling faster launch and helping Pioneer win new customers while retaining existing accounts.
