The architecture firm Eßmann Gärtner Nieper GbR sought a new cost and project management solution to improve transparency and collaboration. They turned to their long-term software provider, RIB, and implemented the RIB iTWO platform to manage their projects.
RIB's solution was implemented in just a few days, with staff quickly adopting the new iTWO software. The transition allowed the firm to seamlessly transfer around 130 existing projects into the system, enabling efficient creation of bills of quantities and providing transparent cost tracking from estimation to billing for all project employees. The RIB software improved coordination and laid a foundation for future model-based 5D BIM work.
