Valdez Painting (VPI), a union painting contractor with offices across Northern California, struggled with paper-based Health & Safety workflows—physical forms were printed, placed in binders, sent to a warehouse and hand-delivered to roughly 40+ jobsites, or returned via email screenshots from tablets. To solve this distribution and administrative burden, Valdez Painting implemented Rhumbix’s field reporting platform for Daily Sign-Ins, Daily Construction Reports, Pre-Task Planning (PTP) and Health & Safety forms.

Rhumbix became the central digital hub for field reporting, replacing printed binders, streamlining tailgate meetings and pre-task planning, and enabling direct digital form submission and hazard tracking. The Rhumbix rollout eliminated truck deliveries of paperwork, drastically cut foremen’s administrative reporting time, reduced printing/logistics costs, improved safety compliance consistency, and added analytics for data-driven decisions.
