The Nevell Group, a California-based commercial interior and exterior wall contractor with about 900 tradespeople and 60 office staff, faced inefficient, paper-based time-and-materials (T&M) processes while supporting large, complex jobs such as the multi-year SFO terminal redevelopment with Hensel Phelps. With nearly 400 change orders expected over the project and paper tags prone to loss or illegibility—putting revenue at risk—the general contractor recommended Rhumbix, and The Nevell Group evaluated Rhumbix T&M Tracking to solve their T&M pain points.

After a quick demo and training, Rhumbix deployed its cloud-based, paperless T&M Tracking so foremen were reporting and approving tags via iPads and phones within two days.
