The County of Santa Clara Social Services Agency aimed to become a paperless case agency to manage case paperwork more efficiently and reduce costs. To achieve this, the agency engaged vendor RGB Projects to migrate its legacy Panagon Image Service system to a new IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager environment.

RGB Projects created a comprehensive migration and integration plan for the new IBM FileNet P8 system, which included deploying new scanning stations and implementing a disaster recovery solution. The solution saved the agency 35,000 man-hours every year and reduced operating costs by more than $1.5 million, dramatically increasing work efficiency and case processing.
