Lockton, a consultancy serving property & casualty, employee benefits, and retirement clients, was issuing about 35 RFPs per year using multiple Excel spreadsheets, emails, and a separate vendor database—creating manual work, poor visibility, and slow vendor responses. To streamline the process and free consultants to focus on advisory work, Lockton selected RFP360 (including its Client Discovery module) to replace spreadsheets, automate administrative tasks, and simplify vendor interactions.

RFP360 centralized templates and vendor profiles, automated RFP workflows, and added searchable vendor data and real‑time process visibility, enabling faster RFP issuance, easier vendor collaboration, and reduced administrative billable hours that lower client costs. The platform now supports Lockton’s ~35 annual RFPs with better metrics (who’s working on RFPs and progress), improved vendor response experience, and responsive RFP360 support and product updates that continue to enhance outcomes.
