Cegid, a global SaaS provider with a Montreal-based talent management division, was struggling to manage responses to more than 50 RFPs per year using scattered Word, Excel and PDF files. The manual process was time-consuming and error-prone, so Cegid selected RFP360 — an RFP management platform (including the KnowlEdge AI bulk auto-answer tool) — to provide an easily searchable, centralized knowledge base for proposal content.

RFP360 delivered a structured content repository, tagging and multilingual organization plus AI-assisted answer suggestions, which let Cegid rapidly reuse validated content and streamline assignment and upload workflows. As a result, Cegid doubled its annual proposals (from about 25–30 to over 50), drastically reduced proposal creation time, expanded outreach into key verticals, and benefited from RFP360’s intuitive UI and responsive customer success support.
