Premier food and beverage company of UAE achieves 99.9% inventory visibility

National Food Products Company (NFPC), a leading UAE food and beverage manufacturer with brands like Oasis and Lacnor, needed to eliminate paper-based inventory processes and gain real-time batch traceability across its expanding operations. To meet these goals NFPC partnered with RFgen Software and deployed the RFgen Mobile Unity Platform to improve stock visibility and manage “near expiry” and shelf‑life issues.

RFgen Software implemented license‑plate inbound tracking, work‑order manufacturing visibility, and FEFO outbound picking, fully integrating mobile data with NFPC’s Oracle JD Edwards ERP. The project delivered full warehouse traceability across the initial four plants, 99.9% system availability and inventory visibility, faster analysis of stock, elimination of manual reconciliation, and plans to roll RFgen out to five more sites.
