Myers Tire Supply, the largest just-in-time resupply distributor to independent tire repair shops, needed to improve customer service, reduce costs and eliminate error-prone manual processes across four distribution centers and 32 warehouses running JD Edwards. To address this, Myers Tire Supply selected RFgen Software’s RFgen Mobile Foundations for Oracle JD Edwards (including the Warehouse Director WMS-lite and mobile barcode apps) to enable mobile data collection and inventory automation.

RFgen Software implemented on-demand mobile apps, barcode scanning, license plating and a custom DSD app, delivering end-to-end automation that increased inventory visibility and order accuracy, shortened cycle times, and standardized processes.
