Titan International on the Move with RF-SMART

Titan International, a global manufacturer of off-road and all-road wheels and tires, wanted to replace disparate legacy systems, eliminate paper processes, and gain real-time visibility and greater inventory accuracy across its facilities. After choosing Oracle SCM Cloud as their ERP platform, Titan selected RF-SMART as their mobile partner to mirror Oracle Cloud in the manufacturing environment and provide the mobile inventory management and production reporting they needed.

RF-SMART deployed out-of-the-box mobile transactions (receiving, putaway, item inquiry, label design/printing) on tablets and scanners and integrated those transactions with Oracle SCM Cloud, including trailer tracking across Titan’s 1.5 million sq. ft. site. The solution delivered measurable results: 20% greater efficiency in Receiving, a savings of about 20 labor hours per week on trailer inventory, faster and more accurate receive/inspect/putaway cycles, reduced weekend work and lower inventory levels thanks to real-time visibility — and RF-SMART proved simple to implement and use for wider rollout.
