Rhino-Rack, a global roof-rack manufacturer based in Sydney with over 8,000 SKUs and exports to more than 55 countries, needed to get stock under control and optimize its supply chain during a NetSuite implementation after their original WMS lacked core functionality. Their implementation partner recommended RF-SMART, a NetSuite-native mobile barcoding/WMS solution, to provide real-time transaction visibility and more robust receiving, picking and stock-handling processes.

RF-SMART was deployed mid-implementation using standard functionality for receiving, order picking, enhanced item enquiry, bin transfers and daily cycle counts, with an intuitive UI that staff adopted quickly. As a result, Rhino-Rack cut receiving time from a day to minutes, increased inventory accuracy, improved order-picking efficiency with fewer mistakes, sped dispatch operations, and successfully optimized supply-chain workflows inside NetSuite.
