PSP Limited Brings Buildings to Life with Optimized Mobile Inventory

PSP Limited, a New Zealand importer and supplier of architectural and building products with six warehouses and a 3,000+ product range, struggled with limited inventory visibility, mispicks from batch and drop‑shipped items, and paper‑based warehouse processes. In 2018 the company implemented NetSuite together with RF-SMART’s mobile inventory solution to address these challenges across warehouse, sales, and admin teams.

RF-SMART delivered mobile scanning, batch receiving, bin‑based put‑away, truck‑oriented picking and cycle‑count workflows integrated with NetSuite, eliminating double‑handling and much of the paper trail. The result was higher inventory accuracy and fewer mispicks, a move from biannual counts to ongoing cycle counts, faster and more precise picking, and a reduction in warehouse printing by more than half.
