Pride Mobility Drives Accuracy and Efficiency with RF-SMART

Pride Mobility, a global manufacturer and distributor of power chairs, scooters and liftchairs, was phasing out legacy systems for Oracle SCM Cloud and needed a mobile inventory management solution to replace manual picking, shipping and Excel-based imports. After recommendations from Oracle and their implementation partner, Pride Mobility selected RF-SMART to complement Oracle SCM Cloud and address high error rates and time-consuming manual processes.

RF-SMART was implemented across receiving, putaway, transfers, picking and shipping, using RF-SMART Print Suite Bridge so teams can pick, pack, ship-confirm and print labels from a single handheld device. The RF-SMART deployment improved accuracy, reduced mistakes, sped up picking and shipping, simplified training, and positioned Pride Mobility to expand RF-SMART use into production and automated cycle counts.
