Peace Coffee Brews Instant Success with RF-SMART

Peace Coffee, an organic fair-trade coffee roaster that transitioned from a farmer-focused non-profit into a growing e-commerce business, needed a WMS with lot traceability and tight NetSuite integration after discovering their previous solution was clunky, inaccurate with decimals, and forced inefficient workflows. Seeking scalability and better inventory accuracy, Peace Coffee selected RF-SMART to replace the failing WMS.

RF-SMART implemented a real-time NetSuite-integrated WMS including lot tracking, the Inventory Reporting Tool, cycle count functionality, barcode-enabled picking, and bin replenishment. As a result, Peace Coffee now runs monthly cycle counts they trust, uses the Inventory Reporting Tool weekly to resolve discrepancies, has cut stock-outs from “several times a week” to rare occurrences, sped up picking and packing to handle increased web orders, and credits RF-SMART’s implementation, training, and support for enabling these efficiencies.
