Mack’s Prairie Wings Hits the Target with RF-SMART

Mack’s Prairie Wings, a specialty hunting outfitter operating over 104,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and retail space with more than 60,000 SKUs, needed to replace a homegrown system and eliminate paper-based picking to scale operations and improve inventory accuracy. They implemented RF-SMART’s cloud-connected WMS integrated with NetSuite to unify warehouse and store processes and support growth.

RF-SMART delivered picking, receiving, dynamic stock counts, auto replenishment (creating transfer orders and printing labels), on-demand label printing and Pick Planner for zone picking and compliance workflows. As a result, RF-SMART helped Mack’s Prairie Wings cut labor and overtime by about $60K, reduce wall-to-wall inventory time by two days, drop daily order errors from hundreds to only a few, and enable daily dynamic counts that keep NetSuite accurate and customer service responsive.
