Industrial Controls Solutions Replaces QuickBooks with RF-SMART & NetSuite

Industrial Controls Solutions, a manufacturer of smart control systems, was using QuickBooks for warehouse management but ran into barcode-read issues, manual data-entry errors, single-user transaction limits and lengthy physical inventories. To address these challenges they evaluated solutions and chose RF-SMART integrated with NetSuite to provide a more robust, barcode-first WMS across manufacturing, distribution and retail channels.

RF-SMART was implemented for receiving, picking, packing, shipping and stock counts (with plans for WIP and lot/serialized tracking), enabling real-time integration with NetSuite and concurrent shop-floor transactions. As a result Industrial Controls Solutions increased production by 1.5x, achieved 100% accurate outgoing shipments and 99.8% inventory accuracy, and reduced annual inventory counting from three weeks to two days while enabling routine cycle counts.
