Cargo Crew, a Melbourne-based supplier of garments and aprons serving over 25,000 customers worldwide, faced inventory complexity from more than 7,900 active SKU combinations across a 43,000+ sq ft warehouse. They needed a scalable ERP and inventory solution to eliminate manual data entry and reduce shipping errors, so after implementing NetSuite they selected RF-SMART (built in NetSuite) for warehouse management and barcode scanning.

RF-SMART provided a NetSuite-native WMS with picture-guided scanning and real-time stock movements, enabling Cargo Crew’s 12-person warehouse to pick, fold and pack 150–300 orders (1,500–3,000 items) per day with faster onboarding for seasonal staff. The solution eliminated manual entry, decreased misships through scanning during picking, improved inventory accuracy and low-stock alerts, and delivered responsive support—resulting in dramatically fewer shipping errors and better data for stock analysis.
