Albelli Finding a User-friendly Mobile Cloud Solution

Albelli, a Netherlands‑headquartered manufacturer and e‑retailer of photo print products, faced rapid growth and needed a scalable, user‑friendly mobile barcoding and cloud solution that warehouse staff could learn quickly. After migrating to Oracle SCM Cloud, Albelli selected RF-SMART as their mobile solution to replace a restrictive legacy system that only worked on registered scanners and devices.

RF-SMART implemented its cloud‑based inventory management tools for receiving, put‑away and picking, giving Albelli real‑time data accessible anywhere and a self‑service RF‑SMART console for day‑to‑day administration. The change cut training time from 2–3 weeks to about 1 week (a reduction of up to two weeks), improved responsiveness to warehouse issues, supported Albelli’s two‑day delivery promise, and is now being rolled out to new locations—with RF‑SMART providing around‑the‑clock support.
