Doolin2Aran Ferries, a tourist ferry and boat trip service on Ireland’s west coast, needed a better way to manage a highly complex booking experience. With up to 32 sailing options in a single day, different vessel capacities, and varied return-leg arrangements, their existing process led to confusing UX and too many phone and email bookings instead of self-service online reservations. They turned to Rezgo for an online booking system that could simplify the customer journey.

The improved booking flow dramatically upgraded the customer experience, and online sales almost tripled in some periods.
