Rezdy implemented real-time availability and booking connectivity via its channel manager and API, enabling RedBalloon to add a “Book Now” option alongside “Buy a Voucher.” Testing showed that adding real-time booking increased sales, delivered confirmed bookings that let suppliers plan weeks or months ahead, lowered marketing friction for small operators, and helped RedBalloon expand its product breadth — outcomes made possible through Rezdy’s platform.
