Walk SF Tours, led by Managing Director and guide Ryan Russo, offers guided walking tours of San Francisco through two brands (Walk SF Tours for English and À Pied Tours for French). Their biggest challenge was managing both brands and all bookings from a single backend while providing a smooth online booking and payment experience. They adopted Rezdy’s online booking and reservation management system to address this need.

Rezdy solved the problem by letting Ryan set up separate catalogues and embed booking widgets via iFrame so each website presents localized offerings while all data stays centralized in Rezdy. The platform’s mobile-friendly booking, manifest and customer-management tools, and agent/partner features—plus responsive Rezdy support—have streamlined bookings, saved operational time, and delivered a seamless booking experience for customers.
