Exeter Airport, the international gateway for the South West of England serving Devon and Cornwall, wanted greater ownership of its pre-book sales and digital engagement and to move away from a parking-operator-controlled system. The airport sought a more user-friendly, brand-aligned customer experience and a broader product set beyond parking to grow non-aeronautical revenue.
